Chiropractic Neurologist & Sports Physician

Andrew Hamilton, D.C.

Dr. Hamilton is one of only 200 Internationally Board Certified Chiropractic Neurologists (DIBCN) in the world—and the only practitioner in Washington State to also hold certification as a Board Chiropractic Sports Physician. With more than 1,000 hours of post-graduate education, Dr. Hamilton blends advanced neurological expertise with decades of clinical experience.

A graduate of Western States Chiropractic College in 1988—where he was the youngest in his class—Dr. Hamilton was among the first chiropractors in Washington to be recognized by the Department of Labor & Industries as both a Consultant and Medical Examiner.

Dr. Hamilton’s care philosophy emphasizes results-driven treatment for spinal conditions, neurological issues, work-related injuries, and motor vehicle accidents. He’s served as team chiropractor for Kentwood and Stadium High School football programs, and was even invited to provide onsite care for the Extreme Home Makeover television show.

In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Hamilton is a Certified Work Injury Prevention Consultant and a competitive powerlifter, holding the Washington State bench press record (Men’s Masters 1B) since 2010.

Desiree Rice, L.M.T.

With over 20 years of experience, Desiree Rice is a dedicated massage therapist who is passionate about helping people heal and feel their best. Her approach blends deep knowledge of therapeutic techniques with a genuine commitment to her clients' well-being. Whether addressing chronic pain, injury recovery, or everyday stress, Desiree tailors each session to meet individual needs.

Licensed Acupuncturist & Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner

Amy Senesac, AEMP, L.Ac., L.M.T., Dipl. OM

Amy brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in traditional Chinese medicine and integrative healing to her practice at Dynamic Chiros. After earning her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine from the Pacific College of Health and Science in 2010, she furthered her expertise through advanced training—adopting both acupuncture and therapeutic cupping massage techniques into her holistic treatment approach.

Amy’s caring manner is evident in treatments that are both extremely relaxing and therapeutic. Her patient-centered care includes skilled use of acupuncture, cupping, electrical stimulation, and therapeutic bodywork to support a variety of health conditions, from chronic pain and stress to digestive and stress/emotional concerns. Known for her ability to explain her techniques clearly and create a welcoming environment, Amy has built strong trust with her clients, evidenced in multiple reviews highlighting her clear communication and supportive manner.

Outside the clinic, Amy is passionate about taking walks around the neighborhood with her family and their three adorable Aussiedoodles. She also has been a performer since a young age and loves singing loudly to karaoke at home and at venues with friends.

Angie Lee Hamilton

Angie Lee Hamilton is a vital part of our Auburn clinic team, known for her compassionate care and clinical expertise. As a Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Angie brings a unique movement-based perspective to patient recovery and rehabilitation.

In addition to her hands-on support in the treatment rooms, she is also a Certified Chiropractic X-ray Technician, as well as certified in Low-Level Laser Therapy, allowing her to contribute to a wide range of therapeutic modalities used in the clinic.

Whether she’s assisting with patient care, prepping rooms, or helping implement treatment plans, Angie’s calm professionalism and technical training help create a smooth, supportive experience for every patient.

Erika Barajas

As the first friendly face you meet at our Auburn location, Erika ensures every patient feels welcomed, supported, and organized from the moment they walk in. Fluent in Spanish, she bridges communication smoothly for our diverse patient community.

Before joining Dynamic Chiros, Erika gained valuable experience working in a dental office, where she honed her skills in patient coordination, insurance verification, and office management. This background makes her highly skilled and confident in managing scheduling, billing, and guiding new patients through their initial visits.

Our patients consistently praise the “friendly staff” and “warm greeting from the front desk”. Erika’s dedication to smooth, empathetic communication helps foster the positive atmosphere patients love, making each visit feel seamless and stress-free.
